Zompist

Mark Rosenfelder, a.k.a. zompist (or Zompist), is the administrator of zompist.com as well as the ZBB. His main constructed universe centers around a fictional world known as Almea and in particular a race of near-human inhabitants known as the Uesti. He also authored the Language Construction Kit, which many credit with bringing them into the conworlding community.

Despite his importance in the world of conlanging, Zompist has nothing to do with this site and in fact, distances himself from all offshoots of the ZBB (such as KneeQuickee and #almea).
