Kolyn is a relatively new user on the ZBB. He is a native English speaker, but knows some French and Spanish, but as these three languages are quite generally known (combined with his limited understanding of linguistics) he has little linguistic insight or ingenuity to offer. He apologizes for his failures and hopes he will not be beaten for his insolence.

Origins

The Origins of Kolyn are uncertain and sometimes conflicting. Some say he was simply born in a hospital like any normal child. However, some theorize that it is possible that he came from elsewhere and arrived at his (current?) family by way of floating down the laneway in a cooking pot. Though having little supporting evidence, believers in this theory are quite adamant and are wont to throw milk on you if you contradict them.

Conwork

Kolyn's work on Conlanging and Conworlding are centered on his conworld Osbamiz and one of the languages in that world, Coim Cez. He is, however, unreliable in his efforts and little material has actually been produced. In a recent interview Kolyn made it clear that he fully intended to actually do work on his Conworld and associated cultures, languages, flora, fauna, history, religion, myths, and politics. He also mentioned that he is currently working on constructing a globe of the planet using the Dymaxion Map method, originally developed by Buckminster Fuller.

He has also just begun building a website for Osbamiš which is reachable at Osba.tk
