Twpsyn Pentref joined the ZBB on July 21, 2004. He has considered himself a spammer, to a certain degree, and also "very strange". He has also claimed to be "often self-denigrating", "scared of putting forth any kind of opinion" (for fear that "people will laugh at him") and "very bad at conlanging", to the extent that his principal conlang, Anas, "does not deserve mention". However, this was before the creation of the widely acclaimed Anas thread - "the funniest thread since who knows what?" (The impression given is that it was Twpsyn the Self-Denigrating himself who made this assessment.) Critical opinion for the thread is generally positive, including such remarks as:
