Circumfix
From KneeQuickie
A circumfix is an affix that comes in two parts. One part goes at the beginning, and one at the end, of the word to which the circumfix is applied. One could thus consider a circumfix a simutaneous prefix and suffix.
Examples of circumfixes include ge- -t in German, used to form the past participle. Depending on analyses, the negative ne...pas of French could also qualify.
